2. We will deduct a small R250 handling fee, just to cover courier costs, and re-packaging
   
3. We will make payment back to you within 7 days of receipt of product.
4. If we can resolve your problem, and you have changed your mind about Roboguards, and they have been installed by yourself, we reserve the right to charge a 15% handling fee.
5. If they have not yet been installed, and are in original packaging, and we can re-sell them as new, then only a 7% handling fee will apply.
